About Us
Who is Bites of Delights?
Bites of Delights was established in 2017, offering delicious cakes and pastries to Sydney. We might seem young, but our powerhouse in the bakery is Malika.
Malika has been baking for over 20 years, first for family and friends, then in her own restaurant in Spain, which then evolved into baking for bars, social events and for her church functions. Malika is often seen with cakes, brownies or cupcakes at Church, or in the bakery producing her next Bites of Delights for another client.
Malika is passionate about baking and loves to see the joy on people's faces when they see the creation that she has made for them.
All Natural Ingredients
Bites of Delights uses all natural and premium ingredients for our cakes and pastries. This means that eggs comes in a shell rather than a jar, fresh premium flour, real smooth butter, and is all baked using the latest techniques. Our cakes are also gluten free but still full of taste and deliciousness. We guarantee that you'll not find a more natural cake in Sydney!
Getting your very own Bites of Delights
We are happy to bake you your very own Bites of Delights. We usually require confirmation 72 hours before the required date, but do contact us so we can discuss on the finer details for your very own Bites of Delights. We deliver to the greater Sydney area for a small fee. Unfortunately as our cakes are baked to order, we do not accept cancellations within 72 hours of the required date.
